Case 15 History ---- [16yo female with a history of easy bruising and headaches and a pituitary mass.] ---- 15A1-3 This pituitary neoplasm is composed of monomorphic round cells with substantial amphophilic cytoplasm and vesicular nuclei, some containing micronucleoli. Mitoses are difficult to find and necrosis is not evident. Although there is Crooke’s hyaline change it does not reach levels of 50% of tumor cells.
