Scattered Crooke’s hyaline change is identified in non-neoplastic acini. (CAM5.2 IHC) ---- Not shown: The proliferation marker Ki67 is low overall, measuring up to 0.3%. ---- Comment: The overall histomorphologic characteristics are those of a pituitary adenoma. The immunophenotype, in conjunction with the clinical history, are consistent with a corticotroph adenoma.
