Case 21 History ---- [60yo female with Cushing disease, s/p hypophysectomy (2006) and bilateral adrenalectomy (2008), now (2012) with high FDG focus on brain PET scan.] ---- 21A This is a cellular neoplasm organized in trabeculae and a pseudopapillary pattern. The individual tumor cells are monotonous with abundant amphophilic cytoplasm and round to oval nuclei with "salt-and-pepper" chromatin. No necrosis is identified. Mitoses are hard to find. Ki-67 shows a proliferation index up to 2.7%.
