Case 2 History ---- [70yo male with a pituitary tumor.] ---- 2A1,2 The tumor is composed of sheets of monotonous cells with clear to amphophilic cytoplasm, round nuclei, stippled chromatin, and variably conspicuous nucleoli. Scattered cells show pale eosinophilic material within the cytoplasm representing Crooke's hyaline change. Also seen are areas of chronic hemorrhage with hyalinized tumor stroma and hemosiderin-laden macrophages.
