She was reportedly last seen approximately 30 minutes before being found down by family in the bathroom of her home. On EMS arrival, she had pulseless electrical activity (PEA) with normal blood glucose levels. She received approximately 30 minutes of advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) in the field without return of spontaneous circulation and was then transported to the BJH ED. Upon arrival at the emergency department, there were no signs of life and initial rhythm showed asystole. She received three additional rounds of ACLS, with bicarb, and calcium.
