These spherical perinuclear cytoplasmic inclusions are positive for pan-cytokeratin, consistent with "fibrous bodies." ---- Not Shown: Ki67 stains a small proportion of tumor cell nuclei, ranging focally up to 1%. ---- Comment: These histomorphological laboratory findings and immunohistochemical features demonstrated that this tumor is a sparsely granulated somatotroph adenoma.
