Higher magnification shows spindled-to-epithelioid tumor cells with abundant, eosinophilic, granular cytoplasm arranged predominantly in fascicles. Scattered cells with pleomorphic nuclei and prominent nucleoli are present. There is no significant mitotic activity. (H&E)
