The tumor is a relatively solid, highly cellular neoplasm with areas of necrosis. It is composed of small primitive cells with hyperchromatic oval nuclei. There are also areas with increased pleomorphism in cell size. A significant number of the tumor cells have an epithelioid quality with eccentric bellies of eosinophilic cytoplasm,
