Case 14 History ---- The patient was a 1 year old female with recurrence of posterior fossa tumor. Operative findings and procedure: Craniotomy for resection of recurrence of posterior fossa tumor. ---- 14A1,2 The majority of the tumor is composed of small primitive cells with hyperchromatic oval nuclei and minimal discernible cytoplasm as well as scattered cells that have an epithelioid quality and occasional cells with eccentric bellies of eosinophilic cytoplasm, suggestive of rhabdoid cells.
