Case 3 History ---- The patient was a 16-month-old girl who was recently noted to have difficulty with walking as well as asymmetry of her face. MRI showed a right-sided cerebellopontine angle mass. Operative procedure: Right-sided translabyrinthine approach for subtotal resection and open biopsy of CPA mass with decompression of the facial nerve. ---- 3A1-3 MRI examination showed patchy hyperintensity on STIR (3A1), hyperintensity on T1-weighted contrast administered exam (3A2) and isointensity on T2-weighted with contrast administration (3A3)
