Case 4 History ---- The patient was a 2 year old girl with a right CP angle tumor. Operative procedure: Posterior fossa craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 4A1-4 MRI examination showed a hypointense tumor mass in this T1-weighted scan (4A1) which enhanced with contrast administration (4A2).
