A stain for INI-1 (BAF47) reveals nuclear immunoreactivity within normal endothelial cells, but loss of expression in tumor cell nuclei. ---- Ancillary studies: FISH showed chromosome 22q deletion, including the BCR region in close proximity to the INI-1 gene.
