Case 5 History ---- The patient was a 6-month-old full-term boy with a chronic history of failure to thrive. He had a history of torticollis diagnosed at a few months of age. MRI of the brain showed 5 x 3.2 x 4.2 cm complex cystic and solid enhancing mass with diffusion restriction filling the fourth ventricle and obstructive hydrocephalus. Operative procedure: Suboccipital craniotomy for resection of tumor with intraoperative use of stereotactic neuro-navigation, and microdissection.---- 5A This T1-weighted scan with contrast demonstrates the location and size of the neoplasm.
