Case 6 History ---- The patient was a 5-year-old boy who presented with worsening headaches and left facial droop. Brain MRI showed multiple extra-axial meningeal based masses. Operative procedure: Left suboccipital craniotomy for biopsy and limited resection of tumor. ---- 6A1-3 Brain MRI showed multiple extra-axial meningeal based masses in the right middle and anterior cranial fossae (arrow, 6A1), left CP angle and ambient cistern as well as within the cranial (arrow, 6A1) and spinal leptomeninges (6A3).
