6B1-4 H&E stained sections show a highly cellular malignant neoplasm. The tumor cells are arranged in a predominantly sheet-like architecture. The tumor cells are large with scant vacuolated to eosinophilic cytoplasm, high nuclear to cytoplasmic ratio, irregular nuclei, and prominent nucleoli. Mitotic activity is brisk. Recent hemorrhage, as well as focal tumor necrosis are seen. (H&E)
