7H Given the regional variability in the intensity of the BAF47 antibody staining FISH analysis was performed. Fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH) analysis for chromosome 22q deletion. FISH showed evidence of chromosome 22q deletion. FISH did not show the presence of isochromosome 17q nor the presence of MYC-C or MYC-N amplification providing no direct evidence for a medulloblastoma diagnosis.
