Ki-67 shows a labeling index of >50%. ---- Comment: The findings are those of atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor, WHO grade IV. Deletion of chromosome 22q along with loss of BAF47 expression within neoplastic cell nuclei suggests loss of the INI1 (hSNF5/SMARCB1) locus at 22q11.2.
