Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 3-year-old girl who presented with vomiting and altered mental status for 2 days which progressed to unresponsiveness. MRI demonstrated a “large left parietal mass measuring up to 9.7 cm with marked mass effect and involvement of the left parietal bone”. Operative procedure: craniotomy with tumor excision. ---- 1A1-5 MRI studies ---- 1A 1This FLAIR scan shows an enormous isointense mass with focal hypointensities.
