Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 2-year-old boy who presented with a supratentorial mass which on imaging which had a heterogeneous appearance and lacked significant contrast enhancement. Operative procedure: Excision. ---- 3A1 Sections reveal a cellular mostly solid appearing, but focally infiltrative neoplasm with variable morphologic appearances. The tumor contains an intermingling of distinct cell types. (H&E)
