3A2 ETANTR (Case 3) H&E 22.jpg
3A2-4 A subset of tumor cells resemble a small round cell tumor with primitive features, including round to oval hyperchromatic nuclei, minimal discernible cytoplasm, and a high mitotic index, as well as frequent apoptotic cells. Some of these cells are arranged in the form of true rosettes. The rosettes contain variably sized central lumina and are multi-layered with highly proliferative cells. (H&E)
