5E2,3 Scattered groups of tumor cells have cytoplasmic labeling (arrow). Reactivity for synaptophysin stains the cytoplasm of a subset of tumor cells (cytoplasmic (arrows) and paranuclear dot-like patterns) with a patchy distribution, including areas with some ganglionic differentiation and also some embryonal areas.
