Ki-67 proliferation is high, ranging from 50% up to focally 90%. ---- Comment: The specimen is further tested at Cincinnati Children Hospital (see addendum report), showing the tumor is strongly positive for Lin28A immunohistochemistry and C19MC amplified. The histopathological, immunohistochemical, and cytogenetic findings are consistent with ‘embryonal tumor with multilayered rosettes (ETMR), C19MC altered, WHO grade IV’. The morphological feature is most characteristic of medulloepithelioma subtype.
