(INI1 IHC) ---- Molecular studies: Molecular studies showed C19MC (19q13.42) amplification in 75% of cells by FISH analysis at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. DNA methylation performed at the NIH/NCI showed consensus methylation profiling class of embryonal tumor with multilayered rosettes, CNS WHO Grade 4.
