4G A Ki-67 immunostain demonstrates a variable but overall high index of proliferation, positive in approximately 30-40% of cells with areas of relatively minimal proliferation. ---- Not shown: An INI-1 stain is retained in tumor cell nuclei although there is a variably high cytoplasmic background. Likewise, p53 shows scattered nuclear reactivity.---- Overall, the histologic and immunohistochemical features are diagnostic of a medulloblastoma, classic type, WHO Grade IV
