Perivascular involvement of Virchow-Robin spaces is accompanied by parenchymal growth. (H&E) ---- Final diagnosis: 1) Medulloblastoma involving right and left cerebellar hemispheres and vermis with massive hemorrhage arising in the tumor with extension into ventricular system. 2) Cerebral edema, diffuse. 3) Uncal herniation, bilateral with secondary brainstem compression (Duret) hemorrhages involving midbrain.
