Case 2 History ---- [5yo male who recently developed headaches, photophobia, phonophobia and emesis. MRI from 7/2016 showed a heterogeneously enhancing mass in the vermis and left cerebellar hemisphere that compressed the 4th ventricle leading to obstructive hydrocephaly. There was drop metastasis in the thecal sac at S3. The radiographic differential included medulloblastoma and anaplastic ependymoma. Operative procedure: Craniotomy for posterior fossa tumor.] ---- 2A 1-4 MRI studies: 2A1 This T1-weighted non-contrast applied scan shows a large mass in the fourth ventricle and cerebellum which has begun to herniate into the vertebral space.
