Ki-67 (MIB-1 antibody) reveals a very high proliferation index in the internodular densely cellular areas, and low proliferation within the nodules. ---- Not shown: There is retained INI-1 nuclear reactivity in the tumor cells. Focal reactivity for GFAP is present in the tumor cells in small numbers. Reactivity for p53 is present in few scattered tumor cells. No nuclear reactivity for beta-catenin is present. ---- FISH studies are negative for amplification of MYC and MYCN as well as relative gain of HER2.
