Case 1 History ---- The patient is a 22 month old male who underwent resection of a posterior fossa medulloblastoma in April of 2008. He was subsequently treated with radiation and chemotherapy. Imaging studies more recently demonstrated a contrast enhancing nodule in the tumor bed, prompting a second surgery. ---- 2008 Specimen: 1A1 This whole mount of a portion of the neurosurgical specimen shows a hypercellular solid specimen.
