Case 11 History ---- [3yo female with a newly diagnosed posterior fossa mass. MRI shows a 4.3 x 3.3 x 4.1 cm, T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense mass with diffusion restriction and mild enhancement, centered within the fourth ventricle, without evidence of metastasis to the spine. Operative procedure: Suboccipital craniotomy and C1 laminectomy for resection of posterior fossa tumor.] ---- 11A1-3 The tumor is hypointense in T1-weighted scan (11A1) and enhances mildly with contrast (11A2).
