Immunohistochemistry (IHC) for INI-1 shows strong diffuse reactivity in all tumor cell nuclei, effectively excluding a diagnosis of ATRT. ---- Not shown: Reactivity for proliferation marker Ki67 (MIB-1 antibody) stains approximately 40% of tumor cell nuclei. ---- FISH studies find no evidence for MYC amplification, MYCN amplification, or for isochromosome 17q. ---- Comment: The histomorphological findings for this posterior fossa tumor describe a medulloblastoma with predominant large cell features.
