Case 12 History ---- [11yo male with one month of progressively worsening headaches and several days of nausea, vomiting, and falls. MRI showed a 2.8 cm solid enhancing lesion with diffusion restriction in the midline of the fourth ventricle. A thin region of enhancement was seen along the spinal cord at all levels anteriorly and posteriorly. Radiological impression: Consistent with medulloblastoma and leptomeningeal spread. Operative procedure: Suboccipital craniotomy for biopsy and resection of fourth ventricular tumor.] ---- 12A1-3 The tumor is hypointense in T1-weighted scan (12A1) and enhances mildly with contrast (12A2).
