Case 15 History ---- [9yo male with a large, heterogeneous, T1 hypointense, T2 isointense, mildly enhancing hypercellular posterior fossa tumor measuring 5.4 x 3.8 x 3.1 cm. Operative procedure: Posterior fossa craniotomy for tumor resection. ---- 15A1-3 This is a tumor with large, pleomorphic, and densely hyperchromatic nuclei with minimal cytoplasm. There are numerous mitotic figures including atypical forms, apoptotic bodies and extensive cell wrapping. Many tumor cells grow in a single file pattern. (H&E)
