2B4-7 In other areas the tumor cells appear larger and more epithelioid. There are also areas with increased nuclear pleomorphism, prominent nucleoli and cell wrapping. The mitotic index is brisk and there are numerous apoptotic cells. Occasional multi-nucleated tumor cells are also seen.
