Operative procedure: Craniotomy excision of posterior fossa mass. ---- 8A1-4 A hypercellular malignant round cell tumor. There are areas of necrosis. The tumor has a sheet-like growth pattern with some areas of vague nodularity but is not compelling for the diagnosis of desmoplastic medulloblastoma.
