1A3,4 A second pattern consists of cells with a significant amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm arranged in a prominent spindled and rarely a strap cell pattern without prominent striations. A third area contains cells with a large amount of eosinophilic cytoplasm, and a lesser degree of hyperchromasia than the typical classical pattern of medulloblastoma growth.
