In the spindled areas there is less overall staining for Ki67 than in the myoblastic pattern although there is variation from site to site. ---- Not shown: Beta catenin labels the cytoplasm of all cells but does not strongly label the nucleus; nonetheless, FoundationOne showed CTNNBl exon 3 mutations which are re considered to be activating in that they lead to increase beta-catenin protein stability and activation of the Wnt pathway. INI-1 staining is retained.
