2B10-12 The second tumor cell morphology, which is interspersed in nests among the morphological areas described above, is that of large cells with high nucleus to cytoplasm ratios. The nuclei are molded by those of neighboring cells. Rare poorly formed rosettes are present. The nuclei have dense homogenous chromatin and, in regions, prominent nucleoli. (H&E)
