2F1-3 FISH studies: FISH was performed on this case utilizing probes against CEP2/MYC-N, CEP8/MYC-C, CEP17/NF1 and BCR/NF2. In this particular case there were normal dosages of chromosome 22. The presence of normal dosages of chromosome 22q also helped to rule out an atypical teratoid/rhabdoid tumor.
