Case 3 History ---- [14yo female with sporadic emesis and progressive headaches. Neurosurgical resection of an enhancing posterior fossa tumor.] ---- 3A1,2 Sections reveal a markedly cellular small, round cell neoplasm with variable morphologic appearances. Some areas grow in nodules separated by a loose stroma. Clear neuroblastic features are identified focally, in the form of Homer Wright rosettes.
