Case 6 History ---- [20yo female with a 5 months history of intermittent emesis and 1 month history of progressive gait problems and instability. Brain MRI reveals a 4.7 x 4 x 3.5 cm fourth ventricle mass compressing the cerebellum and medulla. Operative procedure: Posterior fossa craniotomy for tumor with use of intraoperative MRI.] ---- 6A1,2 This tumor has a biphasic pattern. In some areas, the cellularity is extremely high with an embryonal round blue cell appearance and others pale with spindled nuclei and cellular appearance with numerous strap cells.(H&E)
