Case 6 History ---- The previous pathology specimen from 1985 was reviewed in the context of the 2007 WHO categorical/grading criteria and a first time diagnosis of angiocentric glioma made as the result of that review. ---- 6A1,2 The neoplasm has prominently increased density adjacent of tumor cells to vessels, which are generally oriented tangentially (forming 'sleeves'), but are occasionally oriented radially (forming pseudo-rosettes).
