INI1 is retained in tumor cells. (INI1 IHC) ---- Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) performed at WU cytogenetics and molecular pathology laboratory reveals no evidence of EGFR gene amplification or loss of 10q/monosomy 10. The histomorphological and immunohistological features are consistent with recurrent astroblastoma with increased proliferative activity which is not WHO graded at this time.
