6C Ki67 immunoreactivity was brisk. ---- Comment “Such constellation of imaging (non-infiltrating, contrast enhancing and superficially located supratentorial tumor), histologic (perivascular growth of plump epithelioid cells) and immunohistochemical findings is characteristic of astroblastoma. Presence of necrosis, brisk mitotic activity and elevated Ki-67 index indicates malignant biology and raise a concern for focal recurrence and CSF dissemination”
