Case 1 History ---- The patient was a 38-year-old female with a past medical history of asthma and paraplegia secondary to motor vehicle accident, who presented to an outside hospital with altered mental status, changes in speech, and a slight decrease in right sided strength. A CT showed hemorrhage from the left frontal lobe. MRI at BJH showed an underlying left frontal 6.6 x 4.9 x 5.3 cm mass with a dense rim of enhancement and heterogeneous enhancement internally with multifocal small hemorrhages and a larger hematoma. ---- 1A1 Whole mount of an H&E stained specimen.
