Case 3 History ---- The patient is a 34-year-old male with a history of right frontal mass resected at an OSH. ---- 3A1,2 H&E stained sections show a highly cellular glial neoplasm with microvascular proliferation. Some areas hint at an adenoid pattern. The tumor cells show round to irregularly shaped hyperchromatic nuclei and scant amounts of cytoplasm. Mitoses are easily identified. Multifocal areas of necrosis are seen.
