Tumor cells are diffusely immunoreactive for GFAP. ---- Not shown: H3K27M is negative and H3K27me3 is retained. NF shows entrapped axons demonstrating areas of infiltrative tumor growth. Synaptophysin, chromogranin, NeuN and BCOR are negative. Nuclear expression of INI-1, SMARCA4, MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 and PMS2 are retained. EMA shows some aberrant staining in the tumor. CD30 is negative. CAM5.2 is negative. S100 showed some positive staining. Ki-67 index is high ~ 60-70% focally. By OSH report MGMT promoter methylation was not detected.
