There is also diffuse immunoreactivity for mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1-R132H). ---- Not shown: Ki-67 shows brisk proliferation in both the tumor cells and the vasculature. ---- FISH showed loss of 10q/monosomy 10. While there was deletion of 1p, there was no unequivocal 19q deletion. There was also no evidence of EGFR gene amplification.
