7A0 Case 7 History
Case 7 History ---- The patient is an eight-year-old male with a history of neurofibromatosis and left intra-orbital tumor. The mass was consistent radiographically with an optic nerve glioma, initially presenting to Optometry at SLCH in 2011. Visual acuity was only light perception, decreased from 3/200 in 2011, with an afferent pupillary defect in the left eye. Lisch nodules were noted on the iris. Operative procedure: Left craniotomy with left enucleation.
