32B1-4 The specimen in this case contains large areas of hyalinized vessels and pleomorphic nuclei, not present in the original resection and likely to reflect the effect of the mistaken course of radiotherapy administered at the time of initial diagnosis (H&E). Do some of these multinucleated cells reflect alterations of “pennies-on-a-plate”?
