Case 36 ---- 10 year old female, posterior fossa tumor thought atypical with increased numbers of mitoses. Although we were worried at the time that this tumor might behave aggressively subsequently, she was last seen in 2020 for her routine visit and had no issues or MRI recurrence. ---- MRI examination of T-2 weighted image without contrast.
